Welcome to Awesome Resume. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Awesome Resume is a resume building and job tracking platform that helps you create, manage, and export professional resumes.

2. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
  • One person or entity may maintain only one free account

3. Resource Limits & Fair Use

Free accounts include limited resources that reset monthly. To ensure fair access for all users:

  • 30-day cooldown: Deleted resumes and jobs continue to count toward your limit for 30 days after deletion
  • No circumvention: Repeatedly creating and deleting content to circumvent limits violates these terms
  • Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse resource limits

Current Free Tier Limits

Upgrading to Pro removes these restrictions and provides significantly higher limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Attempt to circumvent resource limits
  • Share your account credentials
  • Scrape or harvest data from our service
  • Interfere with the service's operation

5. Content Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all content you create
  • You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service
  • We do not claim ownership of your resumes or personal data
  • You may export or delete your data at any time

6. AI Features

Our AI-powered features:

  • Help improve and tailor your resume content
  • Do not use your data to train AI models
  • Process your content securely and privately
  • Are subject to usage limits based on your plan

7. Payment Terms (Pro Subscriptions)

  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We may change prices with 30 days notice

8. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days

9. Disclaimers

  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes
  • AI suggestions should be reviewed before use

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
