Having trouble with the Job Saver browser extension? Here are some common solutions:
Extension Not Working
- Make sure you're signed in to the extension
- Refresh the job posting page and try again
- Check that you're on a supported job site (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or Wellfound)
Can't Sign In
- Try signing out and back in
- Clear your browser cache and try again
- Make sure you're using the same account you use on myawesomeresume.com
Job Not Extracting
- Some job postings may have unusual formats
- Try scrolling to load the full job description first
- If the issue persists, email us with the job URL
