Having trouble with the Job Saver browser extension? Here are some common solutions:

Extension Not Working

  • Refresh the job posting page and try again
  • Check that you're on a supported job site (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, or Wellfound)

Can't Sign In

  • Try signing out and back in
  • Clear your browser cache and try again
  • Make sure you're using the same account you use on myawesomeresume.com

Job Not Extracting

  • Some job postings may have unusual formats
  • Try scrolling to load the full job description first
  • If the issue persists, email us with the job URL
